Act | "Act" means Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 (61 of 1986) |

Committee | "Committee" means the Child Labour Technical Advisory Committee constituted under sub-section (1) of Section 5 of the Act |

Chairman | "Chairman" means the Chairman of the Committee appointed under sub-section (2) of Section 5 of the Act |

Form | "Form" means a form appended to these rules; |

Register | "Register" means the register required to be maintained under Section 11 of the Act |

Schedule | "Schedule" means the Schedule appended to the Act |

2(g) |
Section | "Section" means a section of the Act. |
