    ABOUT THE ACT

    Objectives:

    The objective of the The Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions Of Service) Act is to regulate certain conditions of service of sales promotion in certain establishments.

    Applicability

    The The Sales Promotion Employees (Conditions Of Service) Act extends to the whole of India and applies to every establishment engaged in pharmaceutical industry and in any other industry specified by Notification.
