For the promotion of measures for the improvement of the health and welfare of insured persons and for the rehabilitation and re-employment of ensured persons who have been disabled or injured, the corporation may incur an expenditure up to a limit of rupees fifteen lakhs per year from the Employees State Insurance Fund.
