The Creche should maintain the following records up-to-date-
(i) Records of Medical Examination of children, From "A" .
(ii) Attendance Register of children, in Form "B" .
(i) Records of Medical Examination of children, From "A" .
(ii) Attendance Register of children, in Form "B" .
