Action to be taken:
-Agency shall commence its work within 6 months of obtaining the licence. -Agency must give proper training to its security guards and supervisors, following the training rules set by the government. -If a security agency was already working before this law started, they must complete the training within one year from when the law began. -Agency must hire the required number of supervisors within 60 days after getting the licence -Agency cannot appoint anyone as a supervisor unless that person meets the conditions mentioned in Sec 10(1). -When hiring supervisors, the agency should prefer people who have at least three years of experience of serving in the Army, Navy, Air Force or any other Armed forces of the Union or State Police including armed constabularies and Home Guards.
