-Agency shall continue to have its main office in the area covered by the Controlling Authority. -The agency must still ensure that it provides the required training for its security guards and supervisors, as per the rules. -The agency must continue to follow all the conditions that were set when the licence was originally granted. -The agency and its key people must not have any criminal history, which will be checked using crime and criminal databases.
