Payment of Gratuity (Central) Rules

Section:3 (3) :Closure Of Establishment

Obligation : To notify the Controlling Authority in case of Closure of an Establishment, at least 60 days before the date of Closure

Type:Trigger Frequency: Quarterly

Action to be taken:
In case of proposed closure of an establishment, notify the Controlling Authority under the Gratuity Act in Form 'C' (Rules) at least 60 days before the date of Closure

Audit Requirement:
Has the closure of an establishment been notified in writing to the Controlling Authority at least 60 days before closure ?

Copy of Form and proof of submission
