(1) The Building and Other Construction Workers (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Third Ordinance, 1996 (Ordinance 25 of 1996), is hereby repealed.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any actions taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
