State Advisory Contract Labour Board For the purpose of advising the State Government in matters arising out of this Act To advise the Central Government on matters referred to it and to constitute committees on matters as it sees fit
Committee Appointed by the Central or State Advisory Boards for various purposes To advise the Central or State Advisory Boards on matters referred to it
Registering Officers. Appointed by the appropriate government in order to record registrations under the Act To grant or refuse applications for registration, and to revoke registrations
