Central Government To determine the extent of the act and to make rules to give effect to the Act To appoint Councils and Apprenticeship Advisers, to make rules to carry out the act, to delegate powers to subordinate officers and authorities
State Government To implement the provisions of the Act in the State To appoint Councils and Apprenticeship Advisers, to delegate powers to subordinate officers and authorities
Councils and Boards (a) The National Council,(b) The Central Apprenticeship Council, (c) The State Council, (d) The State Apprenticeship Council, (e) The All India Council, (f) The Regional Boards, (g) The Boards or State Council of Technical Education To perform such functions related to apprenticeship duties as assigned to it under the Act or by the Government;
The Central Apprenticeship Advisor. Appointed by the Central Government to implement the act and act as the Secretary to the Central Apprenticeship Council To enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents, and to authorise subordinate officers to do the same
The State Apprenticeship Advisor. Appointed by the State Government to implement the act and act as the Secretary to the State Apprenticeship Council To enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents, and to authorise subordinate officers to do the same
Additional Apprenticeship Advisor. To assist the Central/State Apprentice Advisor in implementation of the Act. If authorised by the Central/State Apprenticeship Adviser in writing, to enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents
Joint Apprenticeship Advisor. To assist the Central/State Apprentice Advisor in implementation of the Act. If authorised by the Central/State Apprenticeship Adviser in writing, to enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents
Regional Apprenticeship Advisor. To assist the Central/State Apprentice Advisor in implementation of the Act. If authorised by the Central/State Apprenticeship Adviser in writing, to enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents
Deputy Apprenticeship Advisor. To assist the Central/State Apprentice Advisor in implementation of the Act. If authorised by the Central/State Apprenticeship Adviser in writing, to enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents
Assistant Apprenticeship Advisor. To assist the Central/State Apprentice Advisor in implementation of the Act. If authorised by the Central/State Apprenticeship Adviser in writing, to enter and examine premises at a reasonable time, examine any apprentices, take statements from any persons, and require the production of any documents
