Description In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner of Labour, Telangana, Hyderabad in the letter 5th read above, Government after careful examination of the matter hereby decided to grant exemption from the applicability of certain provisions of the labour laws subjected to certain conditions to simplify and minimize the regulatory compliance burden of the industry. Please refer to the notification for more details.
