The Tamilnadu Government has release revised Dearness Allowance for the period 1st April 2021 to 31st March 2022. Please refer to notification for more information.
Gujarat Minimum Wages Rules

Uttarakhand Minimum Wage Rules
The State Government of Uttarkhand has released revised Minimum Wages effective 1st April 2021
Punjab Labour Welfare Fund Act(HAR)
Vide the latest amendment released, the government has amended Section 9-A to the Act. The Section, which talks about Contribution to the Fund by Employers and Employees details that the employer shall pay the contribution payable by him and the employee to the Fund through the online mode instead of a cancelled cheque or demand draft. The amount shall be paid before 31st of December every year.
Telangana Minimum Wage Rules
The CPI points for calculation of VDA have been released for the state of Telangana, applicable from 1st April, 2021.

Kerala Shops and Establishments Rules
The Government has announced a paid holiday on 6th April 2021 in the Malappuram Parliamentary Constituency. This is for all employees who are in locations where the bye-elections are taking place. It is also applicable to casual workers outside the constituency.
